5 day challenge: Day 05

This post is meant for last week Friday's November Challenge.
Sorry the post is a little late...
Diet is still going well... the weekend was still taken into account, even though we might have cheated a bit... it was weekend after all! :) Monday we were back on track. It seems as though I might have a slight flu... but it won't stop me from this November challenge!

We noticed that if you replace hi fatty foods with white/ostrich meat, low gi bread and other low gi / fat free products etc. it already makes a difference in the way you feel. You don't feel sluggish and therefor definitely feel a lot more energetic.
