5 day challenge: Day 01 (updated)

Vonnie (my new housemate and AWESOME friend) and I have decided to take on our own 5 day gym challenge. Today is D-day.
We are going to eat healthy and gym everyday this week... hopefully we stick to this plan for the whole of November! I'm also going to blog about this so that there is no cheating and hopefully this way we will be able to stick to it!

We also did a hour and a half of gym! WOOOO GO TEAM!
