Giant Ostrich Burgers

Francois and Wynand (two housemates) decided that they wanted to make their own Burgers, from beginning to end. It really came out yuuuuummy!

Cooking Time: plus minus 30 - 40 minutes

- ostrich mince (beef mince will also work)
- Panini
- butter/margerine (to braai the patty in)
- salt
- pepper
- meat spice (they used a steak and chops spice)
- parsley
- coriander
- ready-made mushroom sauce
- tomatoes (chopped)
- lettuce
- cheese
