INGREDIENTS (we multiplied everything by two so that there would be MORE cookies)

    345 g all-purpose flour
    5 g baking soda
    2 g baking powder
    225 g butter, softened
    300 g white sugar
    1 egg
    5 ml vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 190 degrees C. In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Put aside. In a bigger bowl, mix together the butter and sugar until smooth and creamy. Beat egg and vanilla and add to the butter mix. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients. Roll little teaspoon size balls of dough and place them on the baking trays. Bake 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cookie dough becomes golden. Let them stand on cooking trays for two minutes before removing them.
